I had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Premier Sofia Airport Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a transfer service, making travel extremely easy. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone needing accommodation near the Sofia Airport.

Good: gigantic (unnecessarily big for one or two people, but convenient for a group of three) room for an affordable price. Comfortable bed and clean beddings. Proximity to airport. Quiet in general. Hotel bot was cute. Can be improved: Hotel staff can be trained better to a) smile at the least; b) have a mindset of willingly offering help, rather than expecting guests figuring out things on their own and when they weren’t able to then quickly putting on an expression of how-come-you-can’t-find-the-breakfast, etc.; c) pickup calls when you claim to have a 24/7 reception desk. Hotel management to a) place a hand soap bottle on the dispenser before having the guest call the reception; b) provide a box of tissue in the room; c) clean the many stains on the carpet. Comments rather than critical reviews: Breakfast: there are conflicting reviews on the breakfast at this hotel. Many were saying good selections while many others were saying poor breakfast. I stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago and remembered a very good breakfast while this time when I went down 5am, only found coffee/tea from the machine, two kinds of sandwiches, one kind of breakfast bar, several apples, and small yoghurt. My guess is that there are two versions of breakfast, a regular version 7-10am, an early-bird much simplified version from 3-7am.
