Looks like this place has a proper scamming scheme going on. They attract customers with prepaid appointments, showcasing availability throughout the day so you end up booking and paying them. Then they cancel the appointment with no warning and then refuse to give you a refund. Horrible. I booked with classpass and when i arrived to the place the lady at the reception mentioned my appointment was overbooked and she had tried contacting me to offer a different day. I asked her immediately to cancel the booking in the system and provide me a refund and she said she could not. When i asked her to show me exactly the message she had sent me to warn me of the cancellation she refused (I have received no email). Beware - this place should honestly be shut down. They are dishonest and liars.

I have never left a review in my life, but had such a horrific experience I feel like if I can prevent even one person from the same it’s worth it… Called to book a couples facial back in August was told to accommodate two at the same time to come at a certain time and day. On the day got there and was told firstly that there was one booking followed by another and that it’s not possible I was told any different even though I had my emails. The front desk staff were rude and just clueless(apart from Erica, she was helpful). I was told they couldn’t process a refund there and then but I’d get one. I had to chase every day for a week being told all sorts of nonsense before I was then told I could just rebook the two facials and they’d have to be a separate times because they don’t even offer couples ones as they only have one machine?! As we’d paid in excess of £200 rather than lose the money I reluctantly agreed to just come for the facials myself. I had my first hydrafacial 2 weeks later - I was in and out in 35 mins. The therapist stopped the machine and treatment 3 times to take phone calls in the room, and another time paused everything to reply to a text. She did not do the full hydrafacial as the machine kept shutting off every 30 seconds. i didn’t bother complaining as I’ve seen customer service is trash and just wanted to get what I paid for. The woman doing my facial also said they’re running a rent a room style service so each time I’ve seen someone different - this woman was saying she has her own salon and told me to follow her on instagram - this would explain the fast service / lack of care and continuity or standard of service. 6 weeks late (this week) I had the second hydrafacial. I had a 4.45 appointment but was called at 2pm to ask to come at 5pm as they were running late. Got there and still had to sit for 10 minutes. I asked for water and was told there’s no water. The lady was sweet and tried hard, but her hands stunk of her lunch/garlic which was not ideal when she’s doing a facial. I was in and out in 45mins. Considering this place is not cheap and is meant to be of a high standard, a ‘Knightsbridge standard’ my experiences have all been horrendous. I’ve seen similar reviews on Treatwell regarding people paying for things and not being see … AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The above isn’t even my full story as it’s just so long, I asked many times throughout this to speak to the manager and was ignored or told no too… I’m glad I will never need to go there again, but it was a total waste of money and time.
