This is our second summer in a row with two babies. Pros - Great location, modern nice hotel with amenities, friendly staff, the breakfast is a great deal, free access to Aquahotel, etc. Cons - Friday and Saturday can be quite noisy from parties outside or wedding in the hotel, rooms are getting a little big aged, etc.

At first glance, the hotel is really nice, beautiful premises and amazing decor, the lobby bar is lovely. The garden is well kept and beautiful. The pool is nice, plenty of space and sunbeds. However, there for sure is a personnel problem, more specifically housekeeping. Upon check in, we discovered that the bathroom was full on black long hairs, that were not cleaned from the previous guest. The bed was also full of black hairs, which raised some serious cleanliness concerns. One morning when we went to breakfast, we put the “Do not disturb” sign on the door, but the housekeeper (who was extremely rude and unfriendly, didn’t even say “Good morning”), went into the room anyway, because she did not want to come back to this part of the hotel later. This is extremely unprofessional, violated our privacy, and made us feel extremely bad. This is definitely not 5-star experience, and I sincerely hope the hotel manager had a talk with housekeeping, so this does not happen again. The reception ladies are nice, but constantly interrupt the conversation to pick up the phone, 5 times during our checkin. Overall a pleasant experience, with some bitter moments, that I believe can be improved by some stern talking by the management.
