My parents unfortunately fell in the trap to go to this hotel because of the price. Don't go there under any circumstances, you can get sick and I it is not justified to pay the prices. Luckily somehow they returned the money to my parents but I am going to write a formal complain to Booking. Com what type of hotels they include. Unfortunately this can happen in Bulgaria that a hotel like this is still not closed.
Black Forest
In this hotel you get sick. Very dirty. There is a smell of mold everywhere. The room is very old. The wedding music is way too loud. I have never seen such a dirty hotel in the whole world. The hotel has no heart.
