We were there for one night with my husband and our daughter. The room was air conditioned but the common areas of the hotel were super cold and unheated. It was not normal to be given a room with a double bed and a sofa bed for the child, there should have been an extra bed for the child as well. The mineral water pool was warm but the common areas were unheated and dirty in places. There was no lighting in the pool, the lighting was above it. It was very cold. The hot tub was ice cold. For dinner - the restaurant was extremely cold. We sat at dinner with our winter jackets, and that's not normal. They tried to heat it with some stoves. Table numbers were written with a pen on a sheet of paper. The food was brought to the table first, asking if you would prefer chicken or pork in your portion. I did not like that it was not All Inclusive, but a pre-prepared meal for everyone. And one more thing i should add - drinks were paid for and not included with dinner. After they were paid, they did not issue a receipt. This was not normal at all.Overall we have not enjoyed our stay an we went home the same night. I hope this review helps someone who is thinking of staying there in the winter. I do not reccomed this place!
