As you can see from other reviews, there is an evident pattern regarding their attitude. My fiancé had her whole day ruined due to the abysmal and unprofessional attitude of the people at Jollie. Quite unfortunate that this was one of the places she most looked forward to. For what it's worth, she did like the dresses and they were apparently quite pretty, but the bad experience is enought to put you off. I know you're reading this, so make sure to take a note and improve your customer experience and attitude. You can learn a trick or two from your competitors.

If I can give more than 5 stars, I would! I absolutely loved my experience at Jollie and will strongly recommend the boutique to every bride to be 😊 Let me start with the amazing collection that they have, I have visited quite a few boutiques in Sofia and a bunch more abroad. I must say that the dress models and designers at Jollie were by far the best. Beautiful designs, high-quality fabrics, and somehow more special than the very basic dress models that you can find in most of the other dress shops. Oh, and lets not forget the great prices for what you get! The Price-quality ratio is outstanding. Then I must say how great my experience during my appointment was. The staff was wonderful, kind, and patient. Listening to my wishes but also sharing opinions and recommendations, which was greatly appreciated. She also made great photos and videos of me from all angles so I can check the dresses later on while making my mind. Such a FUN but also productive hour it was! Loved it. Next, I want to thank the staff and compliment them on their impacible customer service. Since I'm a bride to be from abroad, I surely had some questions, and when I say some questions...believe me SO many, probably annoyingly many 😅. However, the staff always answered to me promptly via email and even offered me an online consultation via a video call so I can refresh my memory of how the dresses looked like and they could address any outstanding questions or concerns that I had. When I finally made up my mind, because I am a very doubtful person and that took a couple of weeks, the staff was still as patient and kind with me and started helping me process my purchase. Even if I'm purchasing the dress from abroad, they have made the entire process so easy and calm. Now, I am excited to complete the purchasing process and patiently wait for my gorgeous dress to be delivered in 6 months. THANK YOU. Strongly recommending the boutique whether you are from Bulgaria or abroad. I will post an update when THE day has arrived, and see you soon Jollie 😊
