The location is great and the staff tries hard to be friendly and helpful. But this is a classic example of a hotel with absentee ownership, deferring maintenance and milking every possible cent from the property. The carpeting in the meeting rooms, restaurant, and individual rooms is filthy. My room should have been replaced a year ago and cleaned at least 6 months ago. The lumpy, slanted mattress should have been changed a year ago. One elevator of the two out of service, Cheap towels, bedding, and toilet paper. They use "energy saving" lighting which leaves the room very dark at night. No gym or workout room. If location is the most important thing for you, you'll probably like this place. But just know it's really a 2 star hotel.

It is 30 degrees outside but the air conditioning does not work. It blows warm air only because centrally the system is not turned on. Staff say they can only offer an extra fan. Essentially you're treated as if you make a strange request when asking the ac to work in a 4 star hotel. Won't take guests to this hotel again. The interior has by now aged and it's not remotely close to the 4 star rating it has. The hotel has also attempted to charge an extra night. One night was taken as a prepayment but the receptionist then tried to charge it once more at checkout. When informed it was already paid, the fee was deducted. No apology, just sad they were caught at their attempt. Likewise the hotel tried to charge breakfasts which were already included in the booking.
