We were so impressed with the location, service and of course the rooms! And the best thing is, you can enjoy this hotel with your pet! We stayed for just a night before our flight from Sofia and we wished we had more time to stay an extra night 😌 The room was excellent, with attention to details and all the extras you might think. We truly felt like royalties. And so did our dogs haha. Also no additional charges were added for our pets (two small dogs) and they were greeted with smiles and petting. Would definitely love to stay at the hotel again and recommend it to everyone that has the chance.

I am extremely impressed with this beautiful, elegant, and historic hotel with its wonderful and courteous staff. I have visited Sofia many times and I can't believe I missed this hotel. It is in the best location, right in the center, in the most beautiful area for tourists in Sofia. The breakfast buffet was okay, but the dining hall was amazing with its vintage decoration and the view of elegant people walking to their jobs early in the morning. I want to thank and appreciate all the staff, especially the polite young man, Denis, who was working at the reception after midnight. Even though it was very late, he was very helpful. I have three sons about Denis' age, and I hope they will be as well-mannered and kind as he is.
